Strength & Vitality - Small Props Program
The Strength & Vitality Workout Program, featuring optional small props, is a 3 times a week training journey where each workout builds upon the next for intelligent, progressive muscle loading and beautiful dancer-defined results! A mix of sculpt, strength, cardio, and recovery.
Day 1 - Legs and Arms Barre
You will need a chair and optional wrist weights or light hand weights.
Day 2 - Rest or repeat day 1
Day 3 - Sleek Pilates Abs Sculpt
Just you and your mat for some super core shaping.
Day 4 - Rest or repeat day 3
Day 5 - Functional Strength for All
You will need a set of dumbbells. Anything between 2kg -5kg works well.
Day 6 - Rest or repeat day 5
Day 7 - Revitalising Lymph Flush
No equipment needed for the express feel-good session
Day 8 - Your favourite Strength & Vitality Workout + Revitalising Lymph Flush
Day 9 - Vitality Legs and Glutes
Grab an optional resistance band (heavy to x-heavy ) for extra work into those legs and glutes
Day 10 - Rest or repeat day 9
Day 11 - Vitality Cardio
Options with or without a box or small step. This is a fun and fiery low-impact, high-results cardio workout.
Day 12 - Rest or repeat day 11
Day 13 - Pick your favourite Strength & Vitality workout + Revitalising Lymph Flush
