Each workout blends precise ballet technique with smart conditioning — so you’re not just repeating movements, you’re understanding them, strengthening them, and embodying them.

Inside this series, we focus on the true building blocks of classical ballet:

• Pliés — grounded strength, turnout control, and knee alignment
• Port de Bras — upper-body elegance and postural support
• Arabesque — posterior chain power and lifted lines
• A final flowing dance sequence weaving everything together into one joyful, expressive combination
We've also added a bonus Foundations live class recording, which weaves all these pillars into a pacy 30 minutes for when you are confident with the techniques, to move at speed
