Strength and Vitality - Anti Ageing and Wellness Program
There are lots of wonderful things about getting older and wiser but with a natural depletion in muscle mass and fluctuating hormones, we need to make some adjustments in our exercise to stay feeling strong, fit and balanced. This program includes 6 workouts between 12 and 25 minutes in length. The focus is on strength, sculpting, low-impact cardio, balance and recovery.
If you are starting as a beginner or short on time complete one workout a day on rotation. If you are more advanced you can stack these workouts for a longer daily session. For optimum results, the aim is to complete at least 2 Strength sessions, 2 Sculpt, 2 Cardio and 2 Recovery sessions per week. You can repeat this program for multiple weeks progressively increasing the weight you use and the length of your workout.

2x Strength-building workout (including weights, I am using 4kg)
2x Sculping mat workouts (mat, pilates ball optional)
1x Low-impact cardio workout (no equipment)
1x Lymph drainage recovery workout (chair and a mat)

Strength For All 2
This is the second strength workout in the Strength & Vitality Program. It helps us retain muscle mass post-40 and keep our fat-burning ability fired up. I am using 4kg weights, but you can use filled water bottles or lighter weights if you are starting as a beginner.
