A powerful blend of our body-sculpting barre, strength and stretch live classes for a super effective, body-sculpting, balanced Sleek week of workouts. Beginners, alternate your daily workout between Barre, Strength or Stretch with one day of complete rest in 7. More advanced Sleekers, pair 2 workouts a day. This program can be repeated for up to 4 weeks.
