After the popularity of our last Ballet Bootcamp Challenge, we are back with a 2nd! Over 21 days, expect a daily full-body burn with each workout designed to sculpt, tone and shape your strongest, Sleekest physique! Daily workout time from 30 to 50 minutes with some alternate options for beginners.

Ultimate Ballet Bootcamp (Adv) or Bootcamp Nail the Basics (Beginners)
Day 3 and 4
Bootcamp Barre - Head to Toe (All Levels)
Day 5 and 6
Bootcamp Sweat and Stretch
