Day 5
Today is about focusing on your back and arms. As ballerinas, we typically do not use any weights or equipment to sculpt and tone our bodies. Instead, we will rely on port de bras, the graceful carriage of our arms from one position to another that uses our own body weight as resistance. You will see almost instant toning results with this workout!
