Ballet is Beautiful Rise & Fall - Complete Class Series
Starting October 1st, enter the world of professional ballet, in your own home, with this complete classical class. Structured into a choice of individual or consecutive sessions, from warm up through to barre and centre practice, then a choice of two contrasting enchainements, allegro or adage, and completed with a cool down and stretch. Choose to match your enchainement to your needs.
For when you have the energy to jump and power off the floor, choose this combination:
Practice and Perfect - 20 minutes
Rise - Allegro enchainement - 10 minutes
Cool Down and Stretch - 5 minutes
Total class time 35 minutes
For a day where you want to move with strength and control choose this combination:
Practice and Perfect - 20 minutes
Fall - Adage enchainement - 10 minutes
Cool Down and Stretch - 5 minutes
Total class time 35 minutes
For a day where time is short or you need a little less:
Practice and Perfect - 20 minutes
Cool Down and Stretch - 5 minutes
Total class time 25 minutes
For a day where you have the time for a full professional level class, complete all sessions:
Practice and Perfect - 20 minutes
Rise - Allegro enchainement - 10 minutes
